From 6 January to 6 February 2026, The FA are asking coaches, volunteers, teachers, referees and supporters to help us find the next generation of Lionesses.
If you know a player with talent now, or the potential to shine in the future, completing this quick Discover My Talent referral form could change their life.
Focusing on players born in 2007–2013 from every corner of the game: small-sided, recreational, girls, mixed, affiliated, and unaffiliated football. Talent is everywhere — but opportunity happens when someone steps up to make a referral.
