You might have seen a new Colts' newsletter drop into your inboxes this week. It contains some great news regarding a potential new 3G pitch to be constructed at the Village College. In order to help with construction we as a club need to help raise some funds in order to receive some discounted rates for using the new facility.
Full newsletter details below After many delays the new 3G at the Village College is finally moving forward and is hoped to be completed in about 12 to 18 months. As a partner club we are being asked to fundraise about £20,000, in return we will get discounted rates when using the facility. We have our summer tournament which will be our main fundraiser, but we need several small or even not so small activities before then to achieve our target.
To make this happen we need volunteers to form a fundraising subcommittee, this involves coming up with ideas, arranging the event and helping on the day, so lots of ways you can contribute and the more volunteers we have the less each person needs to do.
