Under-10s v Priory Parkside
The Under-10s travelled to St. Neots for an early kick off in their first game of 2024. They have been in great form lately but faced a tough challenge against a very good Priory side.
It was a tight opening half with lots of action, passing, tackling and shots. The girls had to be at their best to stop the home side as both teams got on the score sheet. There was plenty of good play from the Colts, with the defence looking strong and they forced the home keeper to make several saves. It was a great performance from the girls and they never gave up, even when the game looked out of reach.
Great teamwork girls!!

Good to be back and the girls were back on form today against Godmanchester.
The Colts were on the front foot from the start were able to get on the scoresheet several times before half time. There was plenty more action in the second half as more goals followed.
Another all round team performance to carry on an amazing season so far. Plenty of attacking threat in the game as the Girls supported each other very well and ensured the whole squad got plenty of touches of the ball.
Keep going Purples!!
Under-13 Girls 2 v 0 ICA Sports Football Club
2024 off to a winning start, 2-0 against ICA. Marnie and Luka with the goals, could have been more goals but we were a little unlucky in front of goal.
Martha received player of the match for her usual box to box display. No subs as well which meant players filling unfamiliar positions, Floss did really well at centre back. Leila kept a clean sheet and was solid from start to finish. Maddie and Hannah linked up really well keeping our Peterborough friends busy.
